My Timber Pets Animal Index

Confirmed crew from official Roblox art, plus the rules for adding new names.

Animal Index

This index is the catalogue for My Timber Pets animals. It only lists units we can point to in official thumbnails, the game icon, or a verified in-game tooltip. Idle tycoons add models fast; a fake 80-name table would be fiction. When you roll something that is not here, compare its rate using the animal tier list and keep a screenshot. We will add the live name when it is stable.

For a suggested lineup, use best crew. For how to roll, use rare animals.

How to read a row

  • Silhouette — what official art shows.
  • Role — starter, earner, chase, trait, staff.
  • Art cue — the thumbnail to look at in-game.
  • Status — confirmed visual versus named in a tooltip.

Rates in marketing (1/s, 45Q/s, 1/67Qn) are labels on images, not a datamined table. Always prefer the live HUD.

Confirmed silhouettes

Chicken (starter earner)

Official split art shows a white chicken on a tiny fenced island with a green cube tree, a hatchet, a small log pile, and a 1/s stamp. This is the tutorial worker. It is not rare. It is the reason the island pays before you understand rolls. Assign it immediately (Getting Started). Replace it only when another animal is already on the tree.

Dinosaur-style earner

The other half of that split shows a brown dinosaur / T-rex style animal on a purple platform with mushroom trees, a huge log stack, and 45Q/s. Treat this as the late-game income mascot. If you roll a matching model, put it on your best forest tree. This is the unit best crew wants on the penthouse pad.

Kitsune-style fox (chase rare)

A two-panel thumbnail shows a black silhouette with a question mark on a pedestal, a white-gloved hand hitting a red button, a 1/67Qn label, then a red-and-white fox with multiple tails. This is the unlimited-roll fantasy. It is not a beginner drop. Store it if the tooltip is weak; assign it if the tooltip is strong. Do not trade it in a six-player server.

Blue snake (trait mascot)

The Roblox icon is a blue snake with yellow eyes and a red TRAIT banner in front of a grass-and-tree background. This confirms the game uses traits as a selling point. Until we have the in-game species name and the exact trait list, treat any snake-like pull as “read the tooltip.” A trait that raises chop speed is crew. A trait that only sparkles is cosmetics.

Giant red log (ultra chase object)

A first-person thumbnail shows gloved hands holding a long red brick with white studs, 1/6.7Qn over a field of brown logs. This may be a rare resource, a mutation, or an equippable. It is in the index so you do not delete it. It is not automatically an animal. If it appears in the crew menu, re-rank it; if it appears in inventory as an item, keep it until updates explains it.

Commons and mushroom-island extras

Wide shots of the three-story island include extra small animals and colored mushroom trees. Those extras are why you keep B-tier commons: new floors need bodies. We will not name every background mesh until a collection UI prints the name.

Names we will not invent

You will not find a fabricated “Shadow Beaver IX” on this page. If another wiki or a clickbait thumbnail uses a name we cannot match to the WingBrain client, it stays off the index. The same rule applies to copying Adopt Me or Pet Simulator names. Wrong game.

If you are trying to search “what does X do,” look at:

  1. The in-game tooltip.
  2. The /s counter after assignment.
  3. This index for silhouette match.
  4. Updates if it was added this week.

Index rewards

Some Roblox tycoons pay you for filling a bestiary. My Timber Pets has not published an index-reward table. If a collection bar exists in your HUD, fill it by storing dupes instead of deleting them. Do not buy Robux just to 100% a launch-week index.

Badges currently do not require a rare: Welcome! and Tutorial Completed! are join/tutorial only.

Adding a new row (editorial rule)

A new animal gets a row when we have at least one of:

  • An official Roblox thumbnail or icon.
  • A clear in-game name from a tooltip or collection screen.
  • A patch note on the updates hub that names the unit.

Until then it lives in your inventory and in the animal tier list under “highest live rate.” That is enough to play.

When you roll, take two seconds to match the model to this page, then go back to chopping. The index is a reference, not a second game.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for My Timber Pets on Roblox.

Why are there so few named animals?

We only list confirmed official art and tooltips. A longer fake list would mislead searches. New names go here after patches.

Is the red log an animal?

Unknown as of 1 Sep 2026. Keep it if you drop it. Do not assume it chops until it appears in the crew menu.

Where should I assign the fox?

On your best tree if the tooltip is strong; otherwise in storage. Best crew has the lineup logic.

Will this index include every future pet?

Yes, once they are confirmed. Follow updates after each WingBrain patch.
